Meet the Team
Desiree - Director & Senior Speech Pathologist
B. Speech Pathology, CPSP, MSPA
Desiree graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies at Griffith University.
Desiree is passionate about working with children with disabilities to help develop their language, play and social communication skills. Desiree also works closely with families to support them and help build their confidence and skills in supporting their child outside of therapy.
Desiree has experience working with children with various challenging behaviours, learning difficulties and diagnosis such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, selective mutism and feeding difficulties.
Desiree is a Hanen Certified Clinician in the More Than Words Program and a Sounds-Write Practitioner. She is a certified Feeding Therapist trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding, Key Word Sign and Proloquo2go.
In her spare time Desiree enjoys painting, dancing and traveling.
Juliah - office managaer & Occupational Therapist
B. Occupational Therapy
Juliah graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Juliah is passionate about helping children build the foundational skills they need for everyday life, from play and learning to self-care and social connection. She takes a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach and works closely with families to create meaningful goals.
She has gained experience across both private and public settings, including early intervention, community mental health, and supporting children in the out-of-home care system. Juliah has worked with children with a range of developmental needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing differences and developmental delays.
Juliah is also a certified Feeding Therapist, trained in the SOS Approach to Feeding.
Outside of work, Juliah enjoys going to the beach, traveling different countries, trying new foods, and spending time with her cavoodle 'Pablo'.
HANADI - SPEECH PATHOLOGIST
B. Speech Pathology, CPSP, MSPA
Hanadi holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She is passionate about supporting speech, language, and swallowing, and values a holistic, family - centred approach to care. Hanadi values trust, collaboration, and advocacy, and aspires to be a collaborative partner with families, working alongside them to deliver high-quality, individualised care that supports each child's growth and potential.
Outside of work, Hanadi enjoys watching documentaries and going for long walks. She speaks and writes Arabic fluently, enabling ehr to connect with families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and provide inclusive, culturally response care.
Ai - Speech pathologist
B. Speech Pathology, CPSP, MSPA
Ai is a Speech Pathologist who graduated from The University of Newcastle.
Ai enjoys helping children develop their language, literacy and play skills and seeing them make great gains! Ai also finds supporting families with working on their child’s goals to be rewarding.
She has been trained in the Sounds-Write Literacy Program and the Lidcombe Program.
In her spare time she enjoys being creative through practising yoga, making artworks and spending time with friends and family.
Lei - speech pathologist
M. Speech Pathology, CPSP, MSPA
Lei graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master of Speech Pathology. Prior to becoming a Speech Pathologist, Lei worked as an English teacher in a primary school in China.
Lei is passionate about working with children and supporting families to achieve their goals. He has special interests in supporting bilingual preschool and school-aged children with language, speech or literacy difficulties. Lei is also a strong advocate for neurodiversity affirming and evidence-based practice. Lei is multilingual and can speak Mandarin and Cantanese.
Outside of work, Lei enjoys going on a hike, travelling, as well as catching up on his favourite anime and TV shows.
Marina - Occupational Therapist

Marina graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
She has experience supporting children with a range of developmental needs, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and emotional regulation challenges. Marina enjoys working collaboratively with families to identify practical, meaningful solutions that support their young person's development across home, school, and community environments.
Outside of work, Marina enjoys spending time with the people closest to her, exploring new places, and making the most of Sydney's beautiful coastline. Whether it's going for a walk, having a swim, or grabbing a coffee by the beach, you'll often find her near the ocean. A fun fact about Marina is that she also speaks Serbian!
ASHREENA - Occupational Therapist

Ashreena is a registered Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), holding a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
Ashreena is passionate about supporting children and their families to build confidence and independence in everyday life. Ashreena takes a warm, child-led, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, working collaboratively with families to create meaningful goals tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
Ashreena has experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, emotional regulation challenges, and sensory processing differences. She enjoys using play-based and sensory-informed approaches to support emotional regulation, social participation, fine motor development, self-care, and school readiness.
Outside of work, Ashreena enjoys spending time with her cavoodle and Siberian husky, as well as with family and friends. She loves Pilates, travelling, exploring new foods as a self-proclaimed foodie, and learning new languages—currently Macedonian and Italian.

Yasemin has worked in the health sector since 2019 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Speech Pathology degree with ACU. She is passionate about supporting her clients and watching them develop through therapy. She enjoys adrenaline activities and loves nature. In her free time you'll find her reading a book under a tree.
